im from ireland.. and they say, you should love your own country's music.. but i cant stand westlife, dose anyone agree with me.. or am i the only one....

westlife yes are from Ireland but it is not what they mean they mean you should like the Irish folk or Irish traditional music.
westlife is just euro pop, I would not call it music.

I can't stand westlife, its up to you what music you like and dislike. its not your fault westlife are from Ireland doesn't mean cos your Irish you have to like their music.

I dislike lots of English bands. It is certainly ok to dislike your own country's music. And I agree, Westlife are crap.

I'm not Irish but don't worry your not the only one who hates westlife!!!!!!!!!! It's normal to hate westlife, their rubbish, don't know how they get to number one all the time!? It's not like their even good looking! ;-)

i agree, i cant stand westlife. Every song they bring out sounds just like there last one and it still gets to number 1....everytime!

It's just music , i like gringo music , it sucks but what the heck
most people don't like music from there country of origin and later in life they deal with it . (Relax you will get over it ) and off the record

i have to be honest with you but i dont like westlife at all
they are trying to be like boyzone but even they were rubbish (sorry to all the fans of westlife and boyzone out there) lol

You don't have to like your own countries music. Just because someone ones you to, doesn't mean you have to. Make your own destiney and don't always fallow the crowd. I think that you should like whatever type of music you want =]
