bran oil is a oil obtained from rice husk I have intention to use it on jute fibre as emulsion oil in water.how to prepare emulsion is my question?

Start with a bowl of water. Use an electric mixer or wire wisk to mix the water, then slowly drizzle the oil into the water. If the emulsion is not stable (separates) then you may need to add a small amount of dish soap or other surfactant to stabilize the emulsion.

Look for a suitable emulsifier in order to emulsify this oil in water. Determine if you want a material where the majority would be in aqueous phase or in oil phase. This will determine your choice of emulsifiers.

Heat it with Na2CO3 soln.
