The biggest phone company in Peru is Telefonica del Peru. They also offer cellular service and long distance service. Other cellular services include Claro (which recently bought out TIM) and, to a smaller extent, Nextel. There are also some long distance services like AmericaTel (19-77). There used to be BellSouth, but it didn't do too well and was leaving the market.
