Even as a paranormal researcher, this is a complicated question. It depends on the case.

You could have a poltergeist. A poltergeist isn't like the movie, the scientific definition is something created by the emotions and energy in the home which makes a physical and powerful manifestation.

You could have a ghost. A ghost is a deceased person "stuck between worlds" that can manifest, but it's rare to have one actually rip covers off of you, it would have to have a lot of energy.

It could be a spirit of a deceased person, which is someone that has gone to "the other side" and is visiting. Again, it's unlikely because it'd require an insane amount of energy.

It could be a demon, which is a darker force. Demons are capable of great feats, and if they're already ripping off sheets then they're pretty powerful. If anyone comes to any physical harm such as scratches, burns, etc., seek a demonologist immediately.

Its not uncommon, yet you'll sense free to charm to close this isn't actual paranormal. Its an consumer-friendly section results of sleep paralysis. although for some reason, I infrequently see this listed with different sleep paralysis indications, it type of feels a huge percentage of sleep paralysis human beings I actual have talked to have had this sensation of the sheets being pulled off. On various occassions I actual have experienced what I call "empty" sleep paralysis episodes. you be conscious, after I found out what sleep paralysis replaced into, i might want to ward off the hallucinations from occuring. except it would nonetheless sense like the sheets will be shifting throughout the time of my body. It could be some unusual section results of slumbering. i'd imagine human beings would journey it in many situations with hypnopompia (a hallucinagentic state between sleep and unsleeping), although I under no circumstances have. Upon waking up bodily and mentally, the sheets will be precisely the position they were. in the experience that they'd fallen off, it replaced into the different part of the mattress, because my organic reaction to the perceived sheet circulation will be to pull them contained in the alternative route. Marriage solved all of that. Now the sheets truly do get pulled off, yet a genuine man or woman, yet that my pal, is yet another tale.

I thought there was a ghost in my room for a while. Are you a Christian? Do you pray and annoint your home, because that will help. Contact a priest or do like I did- I spoke to the ghost openly and said you are welcome to stay as long as you do not bother me and my family. Now he goes downstairs.

Someone is trying their best to get your attention. They may have something to tell you, or just need help in some way.

This happens to my girlfriend occassionally.
