It depends on the kind of movie. Hallie Berry is better at action movies: Xmen, Catwomen, Die Another Day, etc. and Kate Hudson is better at like comedy or just fun movies like Raising Helen, and You Me and Dupree.

Acting skills are hard to measure.
It also depends on the role and the director. Look how stupid Hans Solo was compared to Indiana Jones.
