Good luck, I have carried around a broken heart for 20 years and closed my heart to everyone that wanted to get close to me. Just take one day at a time and things will get better, keep yourself busy doing things. And my advice don't close your heart as I did, because you never know when your true love will pass you by. Keep smiling and keep your head up high

Just think to yourself... There are many good people out in this world you would love to give you a chance... and treat you better... like someone said... "Time". Just let things go and don't put blame on yourself... That always makes things worse....

find another friend, exercise, help other people. Talk to someone you trust to get the feelings out.
