Cut a couple of holes in the chest area and don't wear a bra.

something really cool you can do with it is with a pair of scissors, cut down the middle of the collar and make a triangle up to where the sleeve is sewn onto the shirt (but don't cut it!). and if it's baggy, just tie the excess or cut the sides into strips and tie the front and back together. and then all you have to do is wear a cute cami under it and you're set. good luck.

well, a pair of scissors and few laces would help....
since the sleaves are long, go for lace from the shoulder and tie it up and leave the lace long enough to hang...
cut out the colar and make it V on both front and back...
cut the buttom in a wavy manner, one side longer than the other end makin you hip visible a bit and lace that visible part..
Finally, add a text, saying,

MEN AT WORK... with a butterfly print on...

I think u woe me a reply...

Cut it into a vneck, and cut the sleeves to make it either sleeveless or cap sleeved. Hollister has a lot of similar styles. Cut it shorter also, and slit the sides, to emphasize your curves or belly.

I don't know any sites, but I think I can help. First,if it has sleeves, cut them. Then you can paint smth. on it to make it look more 'girly'. At the end, wear a belt over it and that's it!
