Because he has not committed any crimes.

LOL @ NRAforever. Why must people believe that just because a President is impeached that he is kicked out of Office. The fact of the matter is this. THREE Presidents have been impeached however NONE have been kicked out of office. O an too answer your question, Bush is too busy running a country to be impeached, stead of getting Blow jobs.

To answer the later questions first, this is what he has done to warrant being impeached. And this is just what he has admitted publicly to doing.

He has willfully and deliberately violated federal laws, with his warranteless wiretapping program (FISA), as well as the Geneva Convention (which being ratified by Congress has the effect of law).

He has willfully bypassed requirements of Articles I, III, IV and VI of the US Constitution, as well as the 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th and 8th Amendments, personally in many cases and through his direct orders in the remainder.

He has violated his oath of office to obey and "faithfully execute" the laws of the US, and to uphold the defend the Constitution, both through his actions above and his attitudes towards established law and precedent.

Why hasn't he been impeached? Because the vast majority of Congress is much more concerned with keeping their jobs than doing their jobs. And the vast majority of the US population is far more concerned with watching TV and complaining that with holding their elected officials responsible for following the law.

Because the House has to Impeach him and 65 to 67 Senators have to convict him to remove him.

It's not happening so stop whining and if ya can't then go drink your tears.

If he could have been impeached the libs would have been all over it. Fact is they can't find any thing to impeach him for.

Now I am reaching here, but bear with me...

It might be because he hasn't committed an impeachable offense.

I know-it's a wild concept.

There is no reason to impeach him as he has done nothing wrong. He won't be impeached either.

"coragryph" stated it beautifully. I was going to say the same things he did but a lot less eloquently.

The main reason he hasn't been impeached is because we (Dems) don't control either House so we don't have subpoena power.

can't believe clinton was impeached for having an affair... bush is doing worse harm to the whole country while clinton only harmed himself.. bush should be impeached for starting the war in iraq when there's no reason to, for misleading us to believe they weapons of mass destruction when our fight should only be with bin laden, for trying to fix another country when he couldn't fix his own, for causing international ridicule on our country, for not having any concerns for the environment, to name a few...

I guess that lieing to congress about the existence and locations of "weapons of mass destruction" isn't that big of a crime, especially for such an important and powerful person, like say, the President. To speak nothing of his abuse of power, with the NSA programs n what not. All Clinton had to do was get head and lie about it, and we were on his *** before he could even nut.

Because I'm a minor and can't impeach him myself.
