That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Ken Lay is probably not dead, but he most certainly would not hang around the US. He is probably in a small South American country laughing his *** off right now.

I do not think he died either. And now I hear that 'his ashes' will be buried in Colorado. *wink, wink* So, no body now, folks. I don't think we'll have people seeing him in the US, he's not that stupid. I'm sure he'll try to live out his life, with all of his billions, in some 3rd world country with no extridition treaty.
It's good to be rich and have friends in high places.
