now why would you say that? I used to hate Philly, born and raised but since I left it has changed so much, into a really cool (yes, still provincial) city. ben gone for 20 years.
Is it because of a partner problem or what happened there that you hate an entire city!

I plan to visit sometime this summer. So I am not Sure. Only went there once as a small kid, to be in my cousins wedding. Of course, I could learn to hate it. Give me some reasons?

You will get all these answers from people whom don't live here. I don't hate Philly, but there are much nicer places to live with less hassle, better services, schools, and more freedom.

Philly is a great city. The ghettos suck, and the city is getting worse and worse (crime wise) as time goes on, but it's got great historical crap.
