OMG another one gets the tramp stamp, stop with this stupid trend

Depends on how much padding you have and where you get it.

In the middle-"tramp stamp; guaranteed f*ck"-hurts the most. Anything on bone is bad-ankle, foot, etc. However, doesn't stop anyone. For me, the one on the top of my foot was horrid.

On the side, off the bone, is a little easier to take. You have more "padding" there and it isn't as harsh. My tat there was easy to deal with-I actually fell asleep.

On my 18th birthday I wanted a tattoo on my lower back. I was more nervous than anything. To answer your question, it is really about the person getting the tat. Some people can deal with pain, moreso than others. For me I love tats now. I have nine. Anyways good luck with whatever you decide to do. Make sure that it is what you want. Be happy! peace

It really depends on your pain tolerance. The lower back (exspecially over the spine) can be one of the most painful places to get a tattoo, but really none of them hurt too bad. After awhile the vibration from the gun starts to numb your skin and it doesnt really hurt at all.

It probably does hurt. Why don't you rethink getting a tattoo. I don't know why some people like them. They are really ugly. And it's pretty much a permanent deformity too. (at least it's very expensive to have them removed and it doesn't work extremely well.)

It did for me, but not too terribly. I got a tattoo that covered most my lower back and had it filled with lots of color. It was worth it, hurt, but not too bad. If your getting a simple small tattoo on your lower back it probably won't hurt.

Not gonna lie if you are not afraid of needles and can take being pinched repeatedly then go for it. Cause that is what it feels like

depends on your pain tolerance. I have one across my upper back and it stung for awhile but the longer it takes, you kind of just go numb after a while.

Think about it ? Needle verses skin, takes time to get it done ? Ah, yeah !
Can they numb the skin first ?
