First off I say accept your body. Because its going to take hard work to change it. Weight/fat will not disappear overnight so just love it til its gone. Create a plan . Matter fact think realistically , if you love eating a starvation diet is not for you. Look for healthier foods, and devote time to yourself so you can work on your outer image. And when you look up u will have results.

there is no way. weight losing is very slow process. You need to eat a variety of nutrients, and work out. a tip is that if you don't want to gain calories, drink water when you are hungary. and work out, don't go out and run, but walk slowly, I found it really easy to lose weight that way, best wishes!

lemonbuzz - are you kidding 5'5 89 lbs?!?! can you correctly hold yourself up when standing or do you blow over? I hope that you don't have an eating disorder - someone your height should be at 130 at LEAST! and tell your manager to f off cause you're TINY!

i lost 20 lbs by just eating exaclt half of my food. Like....half a sandwhich, yogurt...everyhting normal but half! you dont have ot give up your fav. dishes....its all about portion control
