Have you tried donating plasma? You can make about $100 in your first week doing that. And if you've had the Hepatitis B vaccine, you can make even more. It's not a lot of money, and I don't know how much your rent is, but it could be enough to fill in the gaps until you can find something else. Just be sure to drink plenty of water before you go in. You can even read the classifieds while you donate - kill two birds with one stone, so to speak.
Hope this helps!

You should not have quit. If they had fired you at the very least you could have collected unemployment. Since you are alleging discrimination, you might be able to file for unemployment - but that will need a hearing or two and that will take weeks. Call your department of labor.

Don't trust any of those jobs where you have to go on a day of observation and sell stuff door to door. See if you can be bartender or a waitress somewhere. How about being driver?

Good Luck to you

Since its obvious you're not going to get help from the govt ( I dont see any reason why you would), time for a serious job search, put out your resume everywhere on line, call every job listing in your area, go door to door to every restaurant and store in the area.

You may need to sue, but in the meantime you need a survival job to keep going, even a job in a restaurant or a call centre.

Can't you get a job at a restaurant or retail store to make ends meet so you don't get evicted?
