Hey kiddies, I'm not saying dont like it. OK I AM SAYING THAT. I'm trying to save you some trouble. Maybe I'm just getting old but these bands really do suck really bad. Go listen to some real punk guys, then come back and tell me FOB is better.
some examples: Bad Religion, Ramones, The Germs, The Buzzocks, The Clash, Misfits, New York Dolls, The Stooges, Circle Jerks, Black Flag, Bowie, These people set the bar for rock and so far no bands nowadays are following. Anyone agree?

Look kid, the days of good music are over. Our Punk gods are being forgotten by these Mtv2 listening clones and sheep.
No one remembers the Dead Kennedys anymore! If it made it on MTV it already sucks (with very minor exceptions ) but girl, you are in for some dissapointments if you allow such bands as the poppy boy band Fall out Boy get you down. Accept that these kids have no soul, accept that they have no real guidance. Accept that those days are gone. Or are they?
Look at AFI 12 years ago: what? You didnt think AFI went that far back? Well it did! It was a HARDCORE PUNK BAND!!!
Go back into amazon.com and buy their first albums. You'll see how much they have changed. Dont buy into music cause the guys" LOOK GOOD". Get your head out of your mop tops and discover the roots of hardcore TRUE PUNK and wave the damn flag around then burn all your emo records for the sake of all thats real. I'm gonna cry now.

You do sound like your getting old! Fall Out Boy may not be complete punk rock but they are a good band with great lyrics, guys, and clothes! They absolutely rock so don't try to get me to listen to that stuff!
