Yes - protien from human tissue would be a a "complete" protein in that you will get all 8 essential amino acids as well as the 12 non-essential amino acids from eating human flesh. The human body can make the non-essential amino acids itself.

Rather eat a well nourished vegaterian - their flesh is more tender and less likley to contain parasitic spores and growth hormone and antibiotics from the dead animals most other people eat! The meat will on average also be leaner - less saturated fat....and hence healther.

Actually yes, if we were to eat the red meat of humans it should supply us with all of the 20 amino acids (assuming the person you ate was somewhat well-nourished). But although you may get some of all of the essentials, they may or may not be enough depending on what the content and percentage of each amino acid is in the muscle. There really isn't much physiological difference between human meat and say cow's meat.

Congratulations! That's such a great achievement - you should be really proud of yourself. How about treating yourself to a new lippy to reward yourself for what you've lost so far and then get a pile of magazines. There are some lovely party clothes and dresses about at the moment - you could choose the ones you like most, stick them on the fridge and promise to treat yourself to them when you reach your goal. Good luck!
