I'm sure he will Wade did it without Shaq (LOL). Kobe will get it done he does need the role players to do their job. Get a rebound this decade, make an open shot and Kobe will do the rest. Also Phil Jackson have to let Kobe take over and quit holding him back.

Eventually he will. He's starting to make his team better. Just look at the improvement the Lakers made last season compared to the one before. They reached the playoffs and almost made an upset. All under his leadership.
