im a girl and i feel the same when im with my fiance..answer is simple..she isnt ready for that..make her comfortable for that.

Maybe you don't know how to kiss like she would want you to...Maybe you spit a lot or go to fast or bite her....Maybe your teeth are biting her and you can't tell.
I would try kissing her or the next time you kiss her go in slow, feel her lips on yours and go with it....That could be the reason she doesn't get aroused....Also in a worse case scenario she may not like you anymore....

Girlfriends are FRIENDS. Sex should wait till you're married or at least over eighteen and birthcontrol methods are practiced.
