Who the heck knows why for sure.
I think the midget is acting irrational and crazy .....we could only wish one would malfunction and blow up his palace (when he's in it of course)

North Korea is..... well america is the bully and
north korea is the shirmpy smart kid get it? and the missles are like the small kid throwing big punches to let the bully know that just to leave him alone dont mess with me.I hope that made you understood more but some of the missles could hit the west coast the bullies nose lol but the bully isnt thatn much worried about it.lmao bye bye

Maybe North Korea is tired of America having all the fun with the big boy toys. I think North Korea should launch missiles everyday until Bush backs off and apologizes to Kim Jung II.

They are using it as a display of power, and to seal their validity (strength) in the world. They would like to be a force that could be reckoned with, if need be. It was a bit of a slap in the face , as done on July 4, but it was a "Shot " heard round the world, not just for America. The good news, is that this missile fell way short of the one tested in 1998, and was kind of an embarrassment for them. They need a reality check, but not any mass intervention at this time (my opinion). This information came from an ambassador to South Korea and government expert that I saw on the CNN news this a.m.

Our greatest problem is for each and each and every of the adult males and females in South Korea. Play the what if interest for a second. What if North Korea set off off a Nuclear Weapon accurate on their facet of the border? might want to thousands or thousands of our allies and infantrymen be destroyed? might want to there be a north wind that day and deliver the autumn-out throughout South Korea and probably Japan. What if China keen to help one in all its greatest allies?

Kim Jong Il wants the rest of the world to view him as dangerous. His impoverished nation needs a lot of financial and humanitarian aid and he wants the world to choose to help him, rather than isolate him and make him desperate enough to take it by force.
Or maybe he's just pissed at Alec Baldwin.
