Yes they can see fireworks, mostly those shot from produced firework shows. They can see other stuff as well like night time lightning which i saw a video of....that was cool

They might be able to, but the possibility is low. They would have to be really low to the ground and with a high-magnification telescope. You could check on nasa.com and find out.
