I believe it was Lukas Podolski of Germany, as he scored 4 minutes into the Germany 2, Sweden 0 match on June 24.
Rafael Marquez scored for Mexico in the 6th minute in Argentina's 2-1 victory, also on June 24. If both games started at the same time, then Podolski had the first goal.
