Usernames and passwords; cookies, spyware etc. Related I don't like the needless amount of information that companies ask you to put in when you are contacting them.

For our company, it means that we practise non-disclosure about other people whether they become clients of ours or not.

Yes, it does hurt us a little to not brag about what we've done for others but we can also prove to you that we will treat your details with complete confidentiality.

Not a bad thing in todays world.
