On the front of the Daily Mail today it read "Why alpha females shouldn't marry gamma males". I read the article inside and it got me thinking...hence my question.

Alpha Males (aka dominant males) are the leaders of the group. They take care of it. Not all alpha males are jerks as commonly believed. Alpha males have high social intelligence, charisma and leadership ability.

Gamma males do not exist. You may be referring to Beta or Omega males. These type of males are generally more submissive and have less social intelligence, charisma and leadership ability than the former.

Hope that helps.

Alpha male = all women want him

Gamma = nobody wants him

same for women

it is a cultural & psychological thing, so it's not like you can do a test to determine it.
