Disney World is cool. Don't expect the rides to "thrill" you like a rollercoaster at Six Flags, but expect the theatrics of the rides to be like 800 times better. Definitely go to all the theme parks. Epcot Center has a ton of neat stuff. The international restaurants and shops are great.

I recommend staying at one of the Disney Hotels, if you can. The Polynesian is really cool, but the little villas you can rent are also great. Bus transportation gets you wherever you need to go.

Customer service is great at Disney. They'll take good care of you.

Try to go to a themed breakfast with a bunch of characters. The performers are usually talented and entertaining.

And definitely see the fireworks in the Magic Kingdom at midnight.

Disney World is definently an experience. Of course I recommend going only if Disneyland is out of the picture. No the rides are not thrilling, but each ride is a story, it's a piece of someone, somewhere. It's a beautiful place. Explore every minute detail, and one valuable part I urge you not to skip is having conversations with the cast members. Get to know them, go to Epcot, learn about other cultures. Study Disney World that's the best way to enjoy it. By simply studying it's beauty.

My family and I have been to Disney World 3 times and are going again soon. It is amazing. You need to by the Birnbaums Disney Book (updated every year) to figure out how to best spend your time there. I recommend a minimum of 7 days. And I also recommend staying at a Disney Resort.

I used to work at Disney World at the Disney MGM Studios. And I just got back from vacationing there a few days ago. I had a blast! We went to all 4 theme parks and Typhoon Lagoon, visited Pleasure Island and the Downtown Disney Marketplace!

I didn't think Space Mountain was as scary as everybody said. I enjoyed Sea World and Universal a lot more than Disney World. But everybody else on here seems to like it, maybe I'm just persnickety.

Disney World is cool and has (4) different parks in hall. Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom. Epcot is a fun park because if you want to experience traveling but can't go over to Europe, you can enjoy up to 10 different countries. You can experience a countries culture, food, and fun attractions.

Disney World trips are the best vacations I have ever had. I like all the parks but EPCOT is my fav. The rides are not the best of any park but the attractions are the best in the world.

Ive been there 3x & loved it each time! Ive heard of people going for their honeymoons! The rides are more theatrical than thrilling though, so if you're looking for that stomach dropping feeling, you wont get it, more than likely. Its ALOT OF FUN though. Universal Studios is my favorite though, just a few minutes away
