just the top three? OK - here goes:
water, heights, small spaces. HUGE fear of water... i mean, i can swim, but not that well & have almost drowned in the ocean before. Heights - well, i am from tornado country, we just don't have that many sky scrapers... small spaces - well, really, small crowded spaces like airplains, multi-passenger vehicles (cars, vans, busses) for long periods of time; crowded bars, and even a crowded street festival will set me off (stop touching me!). so that covers everything fun or exciting...sigh!

Fear of falling, a loud or sudden noise and being severly injured in an accident and have to live out my life like that. The first two we are all born with by the way.

Dying, loveless, and being addicted to Yahoo! answers! I was joking about the third one! But honestly, my third biggest fear is having an encounter with someone or something supernatural (ghosts, aliens, etc.)

Spiders. or anything smaller than a dime that can bite and kill me without being seen, heard or noticed.
Anything crawling into my ears. I used to work in a pediatric office and if you have ever seen an insect being pulled out of a child's ear, then you'll know why...
Balloons. Personal...

My greatest fear is being infected with HIV as I know for sure that I can't take a slow death and I will have to take myself out to stop the suffering. By the way I have a HIV test scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. I am scared to death right now.
