Because excess is in every person and in every thing we create and experience. Just because we have too much of anything is not a reason to abuse our priviledge. Clearly, zapping men (most) and women (a preponderance) with the horney excess is just another way the Creator has put us to the test. But one has to be educated, accrue some sophistication in life to have the means to appropriately use the horniness. For the others there is religion and mothers.

Because it is nature's way. Sex is as natural as the need to breathe or eat.
Women are also horny creatures, but they are conditioned to repress their sexuality a lot more than men. This is a double standard where a men who gets laid often is a "stud" or a "casanova" while women who freely excercise their sexuality may be called a "s-lut" or other derogatory term.

Men like to prove themselves as powerful. Take notice in a relationship that has been happening for awhile, if you stop giving them so much attention, bam they want to have sex. Men use sex as a way to make themselves feel better about themselves. Being that men dont show their emotional feelings they use sex to show it, and get it. Its really and truely not always about getting off, its about showing power and man hood. They want to hear you moan, hear you cry, scream their name, scratch your nails down their back. Do all that once for a guy and he will smile and think "Im the man" I made her do all that. Then just lay their the next time, no expression, see how different he feels then, its like night and day. He will feel as though he just failed you. crazy. Maybe Im just a freak

Men are horney by nature i.e. Men are made that way by god.
And there is specific purpose behind it. Hundreds of years ago there was hardly any human population. And survival rate was very bad. So Men needed to impregnent as many women as he can and as fast as he could to keep the population going.

That's because God made them that way, they need more energy to reproduce more than women have energy. Some men however cannot control their dog in them and use it against women and yes it hurts. Other men that can control their dog in them are the nicest and rarest guys you'll ever meet that'll never abuse you or force you to do anything you don't want to do.

Because of men's abundance of testosterone. Testosterone is what enables a man to have a growth spurt, and gain muscle and facial hair. However, testosterone also increased men's aggression and sexual drive.
