A man with a vasectomy does still ejaculate, but there is no sperm . The man feels all the typical sensations associated with orgasm.

Keep in mind that while a vasectomy IS a good method of birth control, IT IS NOT FOOL PROOF. And is not a means of protection against STDs. Use protection anyway. Remember, "it's better to be safe than sorry."

Yes a man can still ejaculate. It just that he shoots out blanks. He shoots semen but no sperm in it. He has cut off the supply of sperm that mixes in with the semen. So he will still be able to ejaculate but won't shoot sperm. This also means that he can't get a girl pregnant.

yes he does......but it'll take several "times" before he "shoots blanks" to empty out his supply of saved "tadpoles".
