There are many sprays that will kill the wasp and the nest. Just ask at a local hardware store. The spray comes in what looks like a can of spray paint but will shoot a jet of spray about 40 feet. That should do the trick for you. After the nest is sprayed the wasps wont come back either.

Get some bug spray, and spray through the window.

If that doesn't get them all, you should normally be able to spray it, and them down with a hose and an adjustable brass nozzle. Bring along the bug spray, or a very small, lightweight frying pan to knock them out of the air, and stomp on them.

If the nozzle doesn't get the nest, a long pole from outside might work, or you could try some thick wire pushed through your window screen.

Rebar tie wire sells in spools that cost about a dollar per pound, several hundred feet more than you need, but it's probably the cheapest bet. It's usually over with all the other Rebar stuff, in spools wrapped in oily paper.

Call in the professionals...
Other than that, when you see a wasp, RLH! (Run Like Hell)

Hahaha, but yeah call professionals. Wasp nests are nothing to mess with. I've taken too many chances with them and I've gotten stung quite a bit. It's not fun.

spray the nest at night when all the wasps are in the nest. You want them to be killed off before or not using that nest when you remove it. use as much protective covering as you can wear (head to toe) but defiantly spray it a couple of nights in a row before trying to remove

get a vacum with a really long hose, and suck it in there, then put the contents in a burn barrel, that should do the trick.

Try shooting water at it with a hose? Knocking it down?
