when he is drinking he likes to call them and when i ask him who he was talking to he gives me an anwer and when i ask the next morning, he gives me another. and one of the girls likes to call my house and when i answer she does not answer, only stays there for a little while and then she hengs the phone. he says he loves and i don't know what to do. sometimes, i want to leave but for some reason or the other i can't. what do u recommend me?

if i understand correctly that even as a common law husband/wife you still have to file for divorce.....but your probably better off trying to get far away from him and finding someone that only wants to be with you

He dosen't care about you like he says he does. You don't need that crap. Go and get a divorce. There is a way better man for you out in the world.

common-law-husband is a nice way to say the man that I been shacking up with for years even though he wont marry me.
Looks like he is waiting for someone he thinks is "better" to marry but keeping you around until then.
I would leave him.

Leave him and go and find someone that will not dis-respect you like that. You desearve better than that. Sorry, but it sounds like he is cheating.
