I have sage internet service and dont know how to set up my e-mail.

your user name@ isp.com is your email address.
if you want a address like yahoo its going to be freezebreezecheese@ yahoo.com

Well...if you asked a question on Yahoo! Answers...then you have a Yahoo! Mail, just go to mail from the Yahoo! homepage and click on mail. Then just sign in and you're good to go.

Go to yahoo.com and you will see a small space under the search bar. It will say sign in and the other one will say sign up. Click the sign up one and fill out the form. Than you can personalize your email addres.
