We hang out together all of the time. We went to the fireworks together, too. And the other night he had me come over to watch a movie. We sat in the love seat together!!! Please someone help me get together with him!!! PLEASE!!!

If he seems unwilling or too shy to make the first move, then it will be up to you to do it. There are several ways you could show him or tell him you want to be more than friends.
1. Come right out and tell him you like him for more than a friend
2. Next time you're together on the love seat, give him a quick kiss
3. Buy or make a card that tells how you feel about him. If you don't want to give it to him in person, send it in the mail
4. If you are walking together somewhere, hold his hand
5. Give him an unexpected hug

well it is easy if you are hanging out, just give him a sign and if he likes you he will do the rest of it.
