Saint Germain is considered to be an everliving saint; a member of Cosmic heirarchy (described by Anie Besant in the book ''The Inner Government of the World'). He is also said to be continously serving the humanity through his appearances. Was the name of Germany taken from his name?

I believe the Germans were named the Germans by the Romans, because they were their germans: both were of Caucasian descent.
