Hulk has lots of normal-enemies, such as the Thing, the Puppet Master, Rhino a few times, Tyrannus (from a long time ago),. Onslaught, etc.
Arch-enemies, though, are really these four: The army (General Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross), the Abomination, the Leader, and, of course, Bruce Banner. The Hulk's real arch-enemie is Bruce Banner though. He hates every aspect of him, because Bruce keeps trying to kill him, and he's the only foe the Hulk can't beat. Bruce has tried every means possible to have the Hulk killed, which includes many forms of suicide. The Hulk hates Banner above all else.
