I honestly believe that France are a good 3 goals better than Portugal who have really run their luck in this competition. However in a semi-final either team will take 1-0 and either Henry or Ribery should get the goal to set up France for the final.

The most likely scorers are Henry (France) and Maniche (Portugal) I can't see either team scoring in 120 minutes though, it'll be a nervy affair with lots of players throwing themselves to the ground at the slightest hint of contact. I predict a portuguese player to break the record, for rolling around after a challenge! I want France to win the cup, but it's difficult to see past Portugal in a penalty shootout with Ricardo in goals. Lets hope its not a cheaters final though (Italy v Portugal) it'd be a sad day for football. I'm scottish by the way, we never dive!!!!!!!!!!!

France win in a 4-3 thriller. Scorers :Henry (2), Trezequet and Malouda for France and Pauleta (2) and an own goal by Thuram. I am on the way to the bookies to put that bet on.
