Its not Chemistry but Physics which can explain why clouds float. Clouds are huge aggregates of moisture whose density is less than air. That's why they float. If man was as dense as a cloud, then we could also float.

Clouds have upon them potasium sulphure drops, they help them have a fluid and gas appearance, if taken out, clouds get stuck with pollution or carbons. They also have polyfluor barbitol to fix them in the air, perhaps at an altitude they could prefer to stay upon polymers withstanding the shape and tasks.
If a man is painted with polyfluorbarbitol and moisted in water and potasium sulphure, he sure will not levitate for it, yet can carry less motion and inertia, helping have a ballon or some gas to him as to determine the altitude and speed he is to travel, based on hydroxids and sphere triangles of energy. Those seek or fix. That is useful, it will be determined in forty years they help planes and spaceships determine altitude.

no, its all about density and temperature and stuff like that. clouds are just condensed areas of water vapor that are in the air from evaporation. they are still able to float because they aren't dense enough. once enough vapor has condensed, its rains. get it? humans can't really do that unless we found some way to evaporate ourselves without doing any harm

clouds are condensed water vapor. so if you can reduce a man into a condensed aerosal form then you can get him to float.

seems to me, only if man is made up of the same elements as clouds

Unfortunately the laws of gravity prevent this from happening. THink about it if it were possible how would you come back to earth?
