I personally prefer male management. When I get a woman boss, I just snitch on people to her. She will trust me and ask me what's going on... I tell her and get promoted!!!

Find out what it is that motivates her, or annoys her, what her priorities are, what her values are. And deal with it accordingly.
Just like you would with anyone else, just like you would with a male boss.
Trying to figure out generalisations between gender isn't going to help.
