Both should have to face a war tribunal, along with some others in the administration. It is my dream for the camera's to be on when they are dragged out of the white house in hand cuffs and leg chains on their way to the Hague to face charges for their crimes against humanity for their illegal war and their war atrocity's.

I can't believe people are unclear on what those two morons could be impeached for. Lying about WMD and leading the nation to war should be at least as impeachable as getting a BJ and lying about it under oath.

When Clinton lied, he broke the law.

When Cheney-Bush lied, the nation has gone to war and tens of thousands have died, the USA is an international joke, and the military is now spread too thin to address North Korea.

In Nixon's case Agnew had committed a crime and resigned Nixon appointed Ford. Then Nixon got caught in a cover up and had to resign and Ford became president.

If you got them both Bush an Cheney at the same time the speaker of the House would become president.

President Nanci Pelosi? OMG I will move to Canada.

Seriously folks you think you have charges and you do. Where is the evidence? No one in the senate wants to see someone out on charges without proof. Three quarters of the senate is running for president and they don't want themselves impeached.

They didn't even find Clinton Guilty when there was evidence that he lied to a grand jury. A charge he lost his law license over and paid a fine.

What would the charges be? We could impeach him for being stupid, the mispronunciation of words or making up his own words. And I suppose we could impeach the VP for having a bad ticker, lol. Who knows? Where is Monica L. when you need her? She can obviously get a President in trouble!

are you people Bush haters because of what you saw in Fahrenheit 911? Or because what your parents brainwashed you with? Imagine what, oh let's see, Al Gore, the inventor of the internet, lol, would've done at 9-11 or Katrina, or the immigration acts...no offense meant. And to answer your question, NO, Bush cannot be impeached, yet, because he hasn't committed any impeachable offense.

If Clinton can be impeached for getting a hummer under his desk...than maybe Bush can get impeached for....lying about Iraq, response to Katrina, screwing everybody while lining the pockets of his buddies, having that moron Cheney as VP, well...the list goes on, and, on......

Yes he can and he just might! Don't be surprised if he is arrested for war crimes when he is out of the White House!

"In Case of the Removal of the President from Office, or of his Death, Resignation, or Inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of the said Office, the Same shall devolve on the Vice President, and the Congress may by Law provide for the Case of Removal, Death, Resignation or Inability, both of the President and Vice President, declaring what Officer shall then act as President, and such Officer shall act accordingly, until the Disability be removed, or a President shall be elected."

US Constitution!

We can get rid of all of them!!

They could be impeached if they had committed an impeachable offense. Since they haven't done that yet the point is moot.

If we still had checks and balances the answer would be a resounding YES. Treason is a pretty good reason for impeachment.

Yes. You can't impeach Bush without Cheney. They are no different as far as their mischievous behavior is concerned.
