Im not looking for a free website. I am just looking for an affordable place to get a site.

If you're looking for more than a free site can offer, but don't want to spend much, chck out godaddy.com
I'm with TotalChoice hosting right now, but they can't get their act together. I've pointed out bugs in their email program, and they even acknowledge them as bugs, but they won't fix them. I keep on loosing all the contacts in my address book, and even when they are there, I can't edit the address book contents.

I like 1and1.com. They are low cost and it's easy to set up a basic site. As you get more comfortable with it, you can add to your site. This is not a free site, but you definitely get what you pay for and then some. There are lots of free sites if that is all you want. Yahoo, Geocities, Freeyellow, etc.

Ah, well, if you want an affordable one, there's webhosting.yahoo.com (since this is a Yahoo! site) but I can't say they're the best site as far as user friendliness goes since I got lost in their navigation several times.
As for user friendly, it's up to the person since I use LINUX to edit my website...
