It is all one big conspricy. You see it just so happens to coincide and not to mention steal the headlines away from N. Korea testing Missiles. I think Kenneth Lay Killed himself after being found guilty and they have been sitting on this "breaking news" to divert our attention from more pressing issues..

In fact Bush got elected the first time on the promise of corperate clean up and the prosicution on Enron was at the top of his list.

Besides, why kill when he can do a last minute pardon like Clinton did to his cronnies. Get a lot more campaign contributions that way.

Another conspiracy theory gone wrong. The man had a massive heart attack from all the stress of being found guilty and worrying about going to prison. You have to remember that Bush is not smart enough to know how to shut someone up.
