how can i be more affectionate with my boyfriend of 5 years i work full time and i am a full time mother of 5 i am so tired after a long day at work then i have to take care of my children it leaves no time for me to want to be with him

It has to be difficult for both of you. You have every reason to be tired. He has reason to feel neglected.
So, both of you have to work at a solution. Here are some suggestions.
1) From time to time, split the cost of a sitter and hotel room.
2) Find some activities that will be fun AND tiring for the children. The two of you could take them to the amusement park or some place that wil tire them out. Then, while they're sleeping ...
3) If you're children are old enough, you could send them to a camp for a week. Your bf could help to pay for it.
Lastly, there's affection and there's affection. When was the last time you told him that you were glad to be with him, or that you love him, or that you think he's a good man and good for your kids. That's affection too and men need it and love it.

He needs to understand that your time is limited on a daily basis. Instead of complaining about it, he needs to find ways to help you out and free up some of your time. This is not all about him, you have obligations and responsibilities that you are taking care of and with 5 children and working a full time job, it's a wonder you have time to sit down and eat. Sorry, but he sounds like a whiny child.

Yes it is hard doing all those things, but I have work, and school full time too. If you love your bf and you want the relationship to work you have to put in that extra effort to make any time with him intimate. Even in the morning when he is getting ready for work, give him a kiss and nize squeeze on the booty. He will appreciate that. He will see that you are trying....just try it. LoL. Good Luck!
