This very unhealthy, she is in denial, but also molesting these kids. I'm sure if there parents knew they would agree. She probably has a very low self esteem and needs to be in control.
I think she should be reported, personally. I understand how a 16 yr old can be cute, but there are boundaries. Has she been molested?
Find out more, it's a deeper issue then just seeming old.

Though the chronological difference is a mere 4-year period, maturity differences between a 16 and a 20-year old are noticeable.

The most recurrent reason for people dating other people from a very different age group (never mind if its from older to younger, or vice-versa) lies upon the fact that one has trouble accepting the responsabilities or social demands of a given age group (they are expected to behave in such ways,...) or accepting oneself's maturity stage (either willing to be more or less mature).

Of course, this doesn't apply when chieldren are involved (14-year olds or younger, in general).

Pedophilia is the pathological preference for children. A 16-year old is a teenager, so, the adequate pathology (if that were the case) would be Hebephilia.

Well, possibly there is a problem. The first problem is a legal issue. A 20 year old should not date a 16 year old. She should date people that are at least 18. She may have self esteem issues. She may feel the 16 year old boys are easier to impress. Does she have a confidence problem? I would recommend she seek counseling. Right now, she is basically a child predator.

Yes, although in the long run the age difference is not that great, the life experiences of a 20 year old (especially female) are very different from a 16 year old.

IF date means Physical Relationship...... Bad News... Most states view the "age of Consent" as 17 and above.

However, if she's a "girl" trapped in a womens body, she should be directed toward help. You say she seems to act younger than she is.... is she slow? If so.. she definitely needs help before she gets into trouble and becomes a registered sex offender for hanging out and dating her mental peers.

If she's just a 20 something hooking up with younger boys..... then she needs her chain jerked!

It will only be through a detailed clinical assessment by a certified clinical psychologist that we really know if this lady is suffering from a psychological disorder. But some of her actions does warrant concern towards her psychological health. If both you and your brother are worried about what she might do then maybe getting out of her way is the best solution at this moment.

No there is nothing wrong with this as long as the relationship has a sound/honorable/etc. text to it....whereas if this person is out to seduce or be a CON-QUEST to log into a DIARY ...yes ....'it' is as 'girls/women mature at least 2/3 years faster than a boy/man the 20 year old should be 'looking' at 22/23 year old ''men'' since there in lys 'common-growth'.....

I know this sounds creepy... but I would've been VERY happy to date a 20 year old woman when I was 16. Still, she's probably a little kooky in the head.

I don't know if there is anything psychologically wrong with her, but I know there is a problem legally. Adults cannot date children. If the authorities found out she would be in major trouble. If I were you, I would have my parents do something about it. If she has mental problems she could pose a danger to your brother and your family.
