It's a movie about a guy, ho was really stressed out, almost everything made him nervouse. I remember the sceen, where he poored a milk in a boul of serials and the fly flew in there. He freaked out... He had random vissions, and later he figured out that those where the vissions of his death. Isuck at describing, hope you can stil help me with the name of this movie.

What you describe is a scene very much like one in "Falling Down", starring Michael Douglas as the man who cracks and Robert Duvall as an oppressed police detective who has to catch and contain him. Though it has some very funny scenes (like Michael Douglas trying to get a breakfast muffin in a burger fast-foood place one minute after the breakfast menu closes) but it is NOT a comedy -- especially considering the downbeat ending.
