You should really try to lose no more than a pound or two a week, its much healthier and you'll have a WAY better shot of not putting that weight right back on.

However your question was how o lose 20 pounds in a month so...Twenty pounds in thirty days is 2 pounds every three days or two thirds of a pound a day. You would have to cease eating, and do enough exercise to take off that two thirds of a pound, which is an unbelievable amount of exercise.

Some weight can be reduced simply by dehydration, but not enough to make a visible difference.

Tape worms really only help get rid of food you eat, if you don't eat anything they won't do anything for you.

I think the easiest and healthiest way to lose that much weight in the time allotted is actually liposuction, or to amputate an arm.

Thats difficult but all you have to do is cut back on the foods that you KNOW are unhealthy, but you still eat them. Also, excercise a lot..not only when you want to. Try going for a jog around your neighborhood 3-4 times a week. Save money by not eating out a lot at restaurants. Fast Food makes a huge difference in weight gain. Also, it is said that watching a lot of tv and staying on the computer for a long time also causes people to gain weight. Hope this helps! :)

i myself am working on sixpack abs lol...here r some tips:

avoid sugary drinks, like caffinated soda...sugar free soda is WORSE for your health, so avoid that too

limit junk food and candy

situps, curls, and other tough exercise

eat more nuts, grains, fiber, and fruits and vegetables

eat ONLY when you are hungry and ONLY up to right before you are full...being bloated is not good, and being completely full isnt either

realistically, 20 lbs in 1 month IS NOT a great goal...4-5 pounds=good; losing that much can lead to severe injuries, so take it a month at a time! also, shrink portions sizes; by losing 20 lbs, in a month, you will end up gaining it back in a week or two after

There is not a healthy way that you can lose twenty pounds in one month, especially if you intend on keeping it off. Aim instead for a more reasonable goal, such as losing two pounds a week at the most. That is the most your body can lose per week if you are to have any chance at all of keeping it off permanently.

Exercise.
Eat less.
Try vinegar, either tablets or a tablespoon with water two to three times daily. It works with metabolism and cravings.
The best way to lose weight is slowly,
take it off and keep it off, that's my theory.
Twenty pounds in one month is a very unrealilstic high goal.
It can be done with willpower and hard work.
Think it, see it, believe it, do it.

no no no
usually when dieting and excersing you lose about 5 punds only the first week then it decreases to 1 or 2 a week so it could take up to 4 months to do it the healthy way.
i've had bad experiences with anorexia and bulimia i warn you if you're anorexic you'll go into starvation mode and then when you eat again you'll RAPIDLY gain weight for example i went without eating for a month lost 40 punds that i couldnt afford to lose so i was 75 punds=prettys gross then i realized i was disgusting & started eating normally & rapidly gained weight because your body feels that it all has to be stored so then i gained back more weight than i lost so if you want to take it off and keep it off take it slow and do it the healthy way...
i now have to have a nutritionist because of the stupid choices i made so do it healthy.
good luck =o)

1) If it doesn't grow, or eat something that grows, don't eat it.
2) Keep a food diary. Write down everything that you put in your mouth.
3) Lose 20 that fast, gain 30 back in 3 months. You can lose it, just not for long without a complete lifestyle change.

If you're extremely overweight, this is pretty do-able, but if you are only 20 pounds overweight, it might be impossible to do it healthfully. Here's my advice: (I'm currently losing weight doing these things) Drink plenty of water, have no sugary beverages, eat cereal for breakfast (not the sugary kind) and a healthy lunch and dinner with plenty of vegetables, drink green tea or take green tea capsules or gum, and exercise as much as you have time for.

it is unhealthy to lose that much weight in such a short amount of time. a healthy goal should be to lose about 2 maybe 3 pounds a month. when you starve your body it will defend itself by storing more fat as soon as it can. if you lose 20 pounds in a month, you will gain about 25 the following. i have been overweight and at my "ideal weight". the weight will not make you happy, only your self esteem will make you happy. if you are trying to lose weight for your own health, good for you. if you are trying just to please your friends, maybe you need new better friends.
