My favourite super hero is batman.
I think Hulk was a bit of a poor superhero though what are your opinions?

i guess i kind of meant the super heros who can only do one thing.
Batman had gadgets a cool car and could fly so he was a pretty useful guy.
Could could not have saved Gotham city and that bendy blone from fantastic 4 is a bit useless.
I am not saying bat man is the best i just like batman. I think Spiderman is the most realistic as a Human As Peter Parker is a bit geeky and all guys are a bit geeky, not smooth like Bruce Wayne or Clark Kent.

The worst "superhero" would have to be Cypher, from New Mutants. His mutant ability: able to decipher languages.

'Nuff said.

There was a collection of short stories I read, and they were all about super heroes. I think it was even titled "Superhero" but I am not sure. Any way, there was guy in there who was "Theme Music Man" who instantly was able to produce background music for any person that would fit their personality and actions. Talk about nearly useless!

Of the more well-known super heroes, I'd likely say Aquaman. While he has such power in water, that keeps him from using his powers where most people are. On land, he wasn't so special so his gifts were harder to use and appreciate in a social setting. Kinda like being invisible, but only when no one is looking.

Wonder Woman, when she was Diane (a) Prince and her arms were tied up, or even pinned to her sides she could not change into Wonder Woman.

The orginal Hulk was pretty good, smashing things up but as a CGI he was rubbish.

Superman is my favourite followed by most of the X Men super heroes.

Batman has no powers agreed, but he does have dedication, bravery and intellect. The fact that he utilises all the greatest qualities of humanity in his quest against evil doers makes him the greatest superhero. He kicks botty.
The worst is something like merman or aquaman because I have never heard of them until I read Marvel vs DC a few years ago.

Worst-off? Angel, from the old X-Men; all he could do was fly. That's it, just fly! My favourite also happens to be an X-man, Wolverine, but I didn't like him much in the comics, I think it was just Hugh Jackman that made him real for me, also he started out as a bad guy, fighting the Hulk.

When powers are concerned, the worst off is the Rhino from Spiderman. He can't do anything else except knock his dim head around and lift some stuff but hey, any super villain can do that too in Spiderman.

On the Super Globetrotters cartoon there was a Spaghetti Man, the alter ego of basketball player Twiggy Sander. That´s right: a man made out of spaghetti. Go figure!

Gotta be Maggot from The X-men, not sure if he's still alive or has his powers after the whole House OF M thing. But having two metal slugs crawl out of you gotta be naff in anyone's books.
I think Marvel were having an off day.

Good question! Not like some of the lame-o ones I've been seeing on here...

For Marvel, I believe Marrow got the short end of the stick, so to speak. Her mutation causes her to grow bony protrusions out of her body, which she uses as weapons. But it never stops: there's no 'off' button.

For D.C., I believe the second Blue Beetle (Ted Kord) had it the worst. No powers to speak of would be one thing, but the magical scarab that he inherited had given power to both his predecessor AND his successor! How sucky is that when the source of power doesn't consider you worthy?

Marvel: The Dazzler. She just transmutes sound into light-great power for disco parties or for savings on your electric bill; wait, maybe that isn't so bad after all.

DC: The Creeper. This character looks like Alice Cooper, and get this, he wears this awful costume which he can never remove from his body. He doesn't have any powers-he just "fights crime" wearing a gaudy Halloween costume!

Probably "The Shoveller" from Mystery Men (see link below), but if we're talking proper comic book heroes...

...the Green Lantern. Imagine having all that incredible cosmic power - only to be negated by the presence of anything yellow
