Talk to him first about it. If that does not work after that, talk to Human Resources, go with all the evidence that he hasnt paid you the overtime.

First of all have you put in an overtime claim with HR. Just working overtime doesn't guarantee payment for overtime especially if you are a salaried employee. If you had to work overtime on a special project then your boss and you should have worked out whether there would be any OT pay if you didn't do this before hand then you are likely out of luck for seeing any of that cash. If you really think you are entitled to extra pay then just go in and talk to the boss about it. Hope he's not a prick.

Go into work and just ask your boss if your over time will be put onto this weeks check or was it suppose to be on last weeks check and if it was then why haven't you received it yet. get down to it! don't beat around the bush.
