Hold cold wet wash clothes on them for about 15 minutes or one of those eye gel packs you get at Walmart. Try using pieces of cut cucumber also for 15 minutes. Use eye drops like visine for redness.

Awww honey, I hope you feel better today :)

Grab a cloth or soft towel and put ice cubes or cold water on it. Then relax with this on and off your eyes for 5 minute time periods....

If you have any kind of special water (avene or Vichy) in an atomizer bottle, then spray that on your eyes as well.
The swelling and puffiness will go down when you calm down... Right now, your best bet is to stay away from face to face interactions that will make you cry...

:) Feel better soon!

Try bausch and Lamb's (allergy strength) red-eye relief. It will truly get the red out. As for puffiness, try something cold. Maybe you should apply some lotion to it also.

Trying not to get angry or cry? Why are you fighting with your Mom or sister ?? No one can help you with that but God. Pray, that answers more questions than anyone in here can!

It's all about tea bags - chamomile works best. Brew the tea and give the tea bags time to cool. Squeeze our the excess tea and lay the tea bags over your eyes. You can also try cucumber slices. Just thickly slice a cucumber (preferaly one from the fridge so it's cool) and lay the slices over your eyes. Remember to keep your head elevated with a pillow to further reduce swelling. Hope this helps!

Sleep, and put something cold over your eyes maybe ice. Then after that wash your face and do your make-up. When you do your eye shadow make sure to use medium colors such as purple not dark purple just purple. Do light on the bottom and a dark line over it. This should help alot. Good Luck!

Make a cup of black tea, then use the old teabags on your eyes, when they have cooled. I would say rest for ten minutes with the bags on. The caffine will reduce the puff. Drink lots of water.
It is okay to cry, let it out.

The only thing to help would be a cold towel.......
I have the same problem PLUS Red splotches of where my tears landed on my face.....And of course to calm down and stop crying would help too.
I love writing so that's what I do to get it out of my head....and to not think about it...You get evberything out you want to say and leave it at that.

All of the answers are good. But you need to learn how to deal with your anger some other way. Get your mind off your anger...try to listen to soothing music...write it out in your journal...last resource: try counseling.

Cucumber slices, teabags, cold wash cloth. Don't stress out over that will just make it worse. You have a few options to help you out.
