well i think the only way u can sue is if the person knew they had the virus and didnt tell u about it. if u asked them and they said no and they really do have it, that can actually be attempted murder or something like that. the person can go to jail.

First of all, I would not put myself in a position to receive that. Second, even if I did and I knew the person who gave it to me, I would die in prison during a lengthy prison sentence for murder.

No, because you know going in that it is a risk every time you have unprotected sex. Can you imagine the lawsuits there will be for HIV/STDs/Pregnancy?

I think no because you are also responsible because you have slept with him.if YOU WANT SAFE SEX YOU SHOULD FIRST MAKE ANALYSIS WITH THE PERSON YOU WANT TO HAVE SEX.
