I was ticketed near Rockford, IL over July 4th from an airplane. I was pulled over along with three other cars for speeding. They said that they timed me from the air using two points. How can they be sure it was me an not a similar car? How do I beat a ticket like this- what is the deal. It seems like a chance to fill the cities coffers.

Don't feel bad I got a ticket there this weekend for making a illegal U-turn between the 2 rual highways.. It was 16 miles to the next exit and I didn't want to head west I wanted East... They issued me a ticket!!

I was told by a cop this you can got to court and plead "not guilty" for your actions. Ask for "court supervision" and pay a little extra money like $45 on top of your ticket cost and they will watch your record and if there are no charges/tickets in the next 90 days the points will not be added to your record. The cop said this is the only way!

Sorry to hear you had a run in like I did this weekend!

As already spoke back the cases on the fee ticket are interior of sight to the appropriate airport they talk with. the only complicated factor in that's generally flight era cases (ie the time spent on the airplane traveling) which will make arrival & dept cases seem unusual yet easily have not something to do with one yet another.

lol you cant just pay the ticket and dont speed again and you wont have to worry about it . they know it is you the pilot tell the the officer on the ground the description of you car they didnt get you confused with another car just face it you got busted dont try to fight it just pay it and be done with it
