No of course it isn't. If you really want to know what your weight should be according to doctor-approved charts, type body-mass index into your search engine. Then all you need to do is plug in your age and height and it will give you your optimal weight.

Wow! I think that sounds perfect. I am 5'4" and 135. I just asked the same question and got back lots of answers saying be happy.

Besides, you can't judge your weight based on height.
If you work out and have muscle mass, you are going to weigh more than someone who is the same height but with body fat instead.
If you think or feel like you are over weight, talk to your doctor or a nutritionist and find ways to improve your life style!

It's sad today when girls think they are heavy, cuz they aren't anorexic looking. I hope u can learn to be happy with your body....ur nowhere near overweight...just remember that!

not at all. that's even a little underweight. don't think you weigh alot b/c a lot of people would die to try and weigh that little.
