They both aren't bad looking, there are a plehora of people that are way more bad-looking after plastic surgery, such as Michael Jackson. To answer your question, I would say Star Jones. She is still good-looking, but Oprah has a soft, gentle touch to her face, and Star Jones looks cold at times.
