1. Nothing...if they are not attracted to each other, as result of not liking each other, one not liking the opposite sex, one might be too old, and
2. Homicide...one of them will be dead as a result of getting on the other one's nerve
3. A pregnant woman...if the two are attracted to each other and about the same age, and become intensely romantic with no birth controlling tools being around.
4. They might invent something....
5. Breakout: They will become aggravated with one another or get restless to go home, so they will try to breakout.
6. If it's for cash - money - prizes, they'll be pretty content and nothing will probably happen, except for both of them filling out their "what to get list' after they win hundreds of millions of dollars.

Well, the first thing that comes to one's mind is sex and a baby. But it really depends on them. Maybe the guy wants to do it with the girl, but the girl doesn't. Or maybe it's the other way around. Other times they could talk and become good friends or start dating when they come out. Being locked in a house for a week doesn't mean they have to do anything but talk. Well, technically. They could also be like me! Going on the internet, reading, listening to music, sleeping, jumping around (or not; do i do that?), finding junk food. There are a lot of possibilities.

Well to start with they will talk to one another. At first it will be simple talk - who are you, what do you do stuff. Then after the first day it'll progress into what do you want to do, where do you see yourself, what are you looking for in a guy/girl? At the end of that day there is a good chance the two of them will possibly be in bed together talking about things. Now if nothing happens this night - it will every day for the rest of the week.

"The result" presupposes there's only one possible outcome. There are actually infinite outcomes and it would depend on more than just there being two people in the house.
Is there adequate food and water? Is the temperature extreme? What are the conditions they're living under?
As for the "result" they could hate each other, like each other, despise each other with every fiber of their being, find love at first sight, become the best of friends, be completely apathetic toward each other, find each other stupid...well, you get the drift. There is no "one result."

I guess it just depends on what there is to do in the house. It's possible that they will both keep to themselves, and not interact at all.
If there isn't any other sort of entertainment, (TV, Phone, Computer, etc) then it may take a day or two but eventually they will get to know each other. It could lead to being good friends, it could lead to more, or it could lead to nothing.
I think it would really depend on their personalities.

gee nature says they will end up having sex. But they can also just end up getting to know each other and becoming friends. It really depends on the type of people they are and if they are in a relationship and if they actually hit it off or not. But yea my guess would be that they end up hooking up.

1) They could fall madly in love. Ha.

It will be like when we went to camp and you make a best friend in a day. Then they would never see eachother again, but have fond memories that they will share once in a while.

Pregnancy - The Girl will be pregnant for him for sure. Or they can just be friends @ the end of the week.
